Position: Senior OD Manager
Salary: £80k-£90k
Location: Middlesex
Experience Required: 3 days per week in office

- Working closely with executives to provide business/people solutions
- Delivering OD solutions to ensure strategy is on track
- Hands-on OD Manager but flexible to strategy when needed
- Coming from a commercial, fast-paced business
- Ideally from a consultancy background
- Experience in more than 3 OD projects

This organisation is going through a constant transormation period and are looking for an OD Manager to work with the team to ensure that business strategy and customer experience are aligned.

You will:

Be working closely with executives to provide business/people solutions.
