We are seeking a dynamic Website Trading Manager to join a luxury British brand in London, where you'll collaborate with their Head of Ecommerce to drive online growth across the UK, EU, and ROW regions. As a Website Trading Manager, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing a local trading strategy aligned with our business objectives and budgets. Your primary focus will be on driving growth and optimising the online customer experience for our diverse global audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a local trading strategy to achieve online growth targets for the UK, EU, and ROW regions.
  • Ensure that content and campaigns align with both local and global strategies.
  • Regularly update the website to provide relevant content and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and communication flows.
  • Brief the digital marketing team on commercial priorities to maximize traffic-driving opportunities.
  • Utilize insights from digital marketing and analytics to optimize the onsite experience and customer journeys.
  • Optimize onsite merchandising to maximize sales, including navigation, product hierarchies, and search results.
  • Act as the point of contact for local market initiatives and maintain awareness of global trends.
  • Produce weekly trade reports and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
  • Manage the workload and development of Assistant Trade Manager and Ecommerce Assistant.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by working closely with operational teams and proposing improvements to onsite experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Front End Developer to implement necessary site changes.
  • Anticipate future trends and collaborate with the global team to identify opportunities.
  • Regularly monitor competitors' websites and highlight best practices and new trends.
  • Mentor and coach Assistant Trade Manager and Ecommerce Assistant. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Regional ecommerce sales vs. budget and LY
  • Revenue growth vs. LY
  • Sessions with a product view
  • Product page conversion
