Mechanical Project Manager

Position

Streamline are currently working alongside one of London's leading M&E contractors who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their life science division based in West London, this will be on a freelance basis.

Company

The company is one of the leading M&E contractors within London and have worked for some of the biggest tier 1 contractors in the industry such as Overbury, Multiplex and MACE Group.

They have a bunch of sectors in place such as residential, commercial & data centres so they are a business that have made a great name for themselves within the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers & supervisor
• Must have a good understanding of Life science projects
• Worked on projects with mechanical values of £(phone number removed)
• SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed 
• Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction 
• Reporting into a Contracts Manager
• Responsible for weekly progress reports
• Must have experience with CL2 & CL3 (Containment Level)
• Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
