  • broad range of exciting projects including education, residential, public and community buildings.
  • Have good working knowledge of scheduling, specification writing, preparation of tender documentation and contracts and be able to undertake the contract administration and Employer's Agent duties for a variety of projects in different sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in building condition surveys, measured surveys, defect analysis and preparation of formal reports; submission of building regulations and planning applications.
  • Experience of aids and adaptations, party wall matters, DDA audits, Insurance claims

The Candidate

  • The candidate will ideally be qualified to MRICS or working towards.
  • They should have good communication, management and team working skills.
  • Capable of working on their own initiative.
