Looking for a Regional Customer Service Manager to join a leading Property services company based in North London working on a Planned Maintenance contract

Offering a competitive salary of up to 60,000 + great benefits

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join a leading organisation that is consistently growing.

  • You will be covering various contracts across London and being responsible for overseeing and delivering a five star customer service experience to tenants and clients on various contracts.
  • Be expected to provide control over quality and quantity of Contact Centre activities through regular monitoring and measurement including adherence to service standards and utilising resources in the most efficient manner. Ensuring established policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Be an experienced and professional Regional Customer Service Manager with knowledge of Maintenance practices
  • Able to lead a varied team of Managers, Team Leaders and Service professionals
  • Develop and maintain valued relationships between clients and tenants
  • Have extensive knowledge of repair systems and best practice
