Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Solid sales experience (3+ years) ideally in the PAYE umbrella or recruitment sector
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrable sales success
- An understanding of the need for and role of compliance
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technically adept and comfortable using software systems
- CRM experience is preferred
