Qualifications

  • Solid sales experience (3+ years) ideally in the PAYE umbrella or recruitment sector
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrable sales success
  • An understanding of the need for and role of compliance
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Technically adept and comfortable using software systems
  • CRM experience is preferred
