Commercial Director

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting in the search for a Commercial Director for a Leading Tier 1 Main contractor with offices across the UK a strong pipeline of both new and repeat clients.

The business are a leading main contractor with a turnover circa ibn and growing. The key projects including Industrial, commercial, hotels and leisure.

They have gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years, winning an abundance of work and expanding across the region working on major projects over 100m within this team

They are currently seeking a Commercial Directo to head up a major project with a team of surveyors. The project is currently in PCSA stages and will run based at Liverpool street for the next 2 years.

The project is made up of residential, education, industrial, health care and infrastructure.

You would be required to oversee all commercial aspects, leasing the with client to deadlines and within budgets. Reporting to the client, mentoring and recruiting members of the team and reporting upstream to the client. Stepping in to assist with any problematic issues and driving commercial success.

This is a newly created position within the business and you will be responsible for this 400million project on a standalone basis reporting to the board.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a commercial lead and managing a team, overseeing projects OVER 200M and ideally have some experience working client side.

In return they can offer the right candidate a proven career path, with opportunity to grow as the area does build your own team and a Salary up to 160,000 PA plus package including a car or car allowance, bonus, pension and health care.
