Due to a small restructure, they are now looking for an experienced Operations Director, with a solid background in the Insurance industry This is a great opportunity background to join an ever growing, forward thinking and rewarding organisation.
The role
- Managing the current software platform and liaising with the external software house to ensure all is up to date
- Working closely with the organisationsto enable the resolving of internal issues and delivery of new projects
- Carrying out constant and consistent upgrades and improvements of the organisations platform
- Ability to plan and execute complex projects
- Overseeing compliance processes and all ongoing activities associated with this including liaising with 3rdparty compliance company
- Monitoring, improving and overseeing all internal work flow processes
- Identifyingand implementing new strategies and processes across the business
About you
- 7 + years of experience as an Operations Director within the Insurance Industry
- First class IT skills
- A passion for strategizing and executing projects to assist in moving the business forward
- Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and third party organisations
- Self-motivated
