We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a high-performing Business Development & Marketing team in a leading international law firm. This is a fixed-term contract (12 months FTC) role based in London, offering the opportunity to work across both contentious and transactional practice groups across the Energy sector.
This position is ideal for a confident, adaptable professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting strategic growth through marketing campaigns, client development initiatives, and pitch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead and contribute to RFPs, pitches, presentations, and marketing materials
- Support client teams, industry groups, and practice groups across EMEA
- Manage marketing campaigns, thought leadership, events, and sponsorships
- Produce research and reports on client and market trends
- Ensure brand consistency and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in a BD, marketing, or communications role within another legal firm
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
