As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by leveraging your extensive network and expertise in the franchise industry. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners, focusing on acquiring new branches for our innovative repair, maintenance, and renovation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong emphasis on the franchise sector.

Previous experience working with Linaker or Innerserve is highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential franchise partners for expansion opportunities across the UK.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within franchise organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for prospective
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the franchise industry.
  • Strong network of connections within the franchise sector, particularly with major brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
