Senior Communications Manager- Beauty

Well, I may have your answer…… my client is looking for a new senior communications manager to work closely with the existing team to help grow the business's revenue and brand. My client in a market leader in the beauty industry, you will get the opportunity to work with brands such as Fenty, Flannels Beauty, Loreal etc

Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing team - coaching and mentoring the team to ensure growth and high standards
- Lead client meetings through the process making sure they have status updates, proposals and plans.
- Work with the client to have a deep understanding of their business.
- Ensure client problems are dealt with quickly and to high standards#
- Identifying opportunities for organic growth
- Take a leading role in brainstorming across the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience
- Experience working within the beauty/ hair/ skincare experience - ESSENTIAL
- Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong pitching skills
- Strong understanding of social media landscapes
Role: Senior Communications Manager
Salary: £45K
Location: Central London- 2 days a week onsite
