***Working Maintenance Supervisor needed near Bank station***

Working Maintenance Supervisorneeded near Bank station, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in a busy multi-tenant commercial office building

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sub-Contractors
  • Ensuring RAMS are issued correctly
  • Ensuring tasks by subcontractors are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring end users are updated on progress of current works
  • Working with the on-site maintenance team carrying out general building maintenance
  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC plant equipment, focusing on landlord services
  • Managing maintenance tasks within a busy mixed-use building environment
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of building systems to meet the needs of all office occupants
  • Conducting regular inspections and tests to maintain compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborating with property management and tenants to address maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Electrical qualification (e.g. City and Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Experience of managing subcontractors
  • Experience of Leading teams (Lead Engineer / Supervisor)
  • Expertise in maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, particularly in a mixed-use building setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle both planned and reactive maintenance tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with a mobile engineering support team

This is a temporary on going position, with the opportunity of turning permanent
