The Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be involved in a variety of projects, particularly in museums, galleries, and visitor attractions, with a focus on the heritage and commercial sectors. The primary objective will be to ensure smooth and successful project execution, maintaining the highest standards from initiation to completion.

This position offers an excellent chance for the Construction Project Manager to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience across various project aspects and stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse projects, particularly in the heritage and commercial sectors, in the vibrant locales of Southeast and London.

The Construction Project Manager

  • A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying.
  • RICS, CIOB, or APM Chartered status, or working towards it.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Extensive experience working on heritage and/or commercial projects.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
