Our client is a general contractor dealing primarily with high end refurbishment and conversion work in and around London. They deal with high profile clients and works value from 250k to 3m and range from high end furniture installation to structural alterations and basements.
Any technical knowledge and experience of this type of work will be preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have 12 months or more working in a commercial department in a construction company.
A passion for high specification work, enthusiasm for the job and the ability and genuine ambition to be a client facing, sharp and well presented QS, are the qualities that are most important.
