The Basics

• Location base: Central London – Heritage Sites
• Salary: c£65,000 Per Annum DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Package
• Sector: Fabric Maintenance Contract / Facilities Maintenance Contract - Carpentry/Fabric
• Duties: Overall management of a Heritage contract across London

Contract Manager Duties & Responsibilities

Managing the Contract will focus on Small Works / Refurbishment Works for Heritage Fabric, including Carpentry, Painting/Decorating based works

• Management of Heritage Contract in London
• Overseeing Facilities Engineers: Fabric Maintenance / Reactive Repairs (6-10 reports)
• Managing Health & Safety Compliance
• Monitor KPI’s and ensure SLA’s are being met
• Statutory Compliance
• Site Audits
• Quoting for works
• Building strong working relationships with the client
• Managing Contract P&L

Contract Manager Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years in Contract Management
• Experience in Multi Trades/Carpentry within Fit-Out/Refurb and Maintenance
• IOSH / NEBOSH
• Excellent Leadership Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• First Aid
