We’re now looking for a Contracts & Project Manager to join their growing team – ideally someone with deep experience in restoration or super-prime residential projects, strong project management capabilities, and confident estimating and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:
 Â
- Lead full project delivery across high-end restoration and residential refurbishment works.
- Accurately prepare scopes of works and detailed pricing for projects — including cost analysis and competitive tendering.
- Project manage works from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants and contractors.
- Prepare and review project programmes, risk registers, procurement plans and financial forecasts.
- Take ownership of interim valuations, progress payments and final accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits, quality audits and review contractor performance.
- Monitor Health & Safety compliance and ensure safe, compliant sites at all times.
- Proactively manage variations, change control and commercial risk.Â

- Significant experience in the restoration or super-prime residential sector (refurbishment, heritage, luxury homes).
- Strong project management experience, ideally managing complex builds across multiple trades/sites.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate scopes of works and competitive cost plans/quotes.
- Excellent client-facing skills with confidence in holding commercial and technical discussions.
- Highly organised with first-class communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience preparing interim and final accounts, managing cashflow and contract administration.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
