Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Fixed Term Maternity Contract (12-13 months)

Reports to: Head of Operations/Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Health & Safety best practices.
• Lead event logistics from planning to completion.
• Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Oversee Salesforce and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years in B2B events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• IOSH Certification required; First Aid desirable.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
