Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills CoachSalary: Up to £34,000Subjects: Business Administration standardsBenefits:• 25 days annual leave + public holidays• Bonus of up to £3,600 per annum• Bupa Health Care• Employee well-being planWork Structure: Hybrid - Home based with visits to learners around the South East and Home CountiesCaseload: 30 learnersCompany Overview: Join a reputable South East England training provider with over 25 years of experience in delivering a wide range of Government Training Programmes, including Apprenticeships, Boot Camps, and AEB short courses across various vocational subjects.Duties and Responsibilities of the Trainer/Skills Coach• Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training and assessment in Business Administration standards to a caseload of 30 learners, ensuring they achieve their apprenticeship qualifications.• Learner Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, including one-on-one sessions, to help them progress through their apprenticeship.• Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of learner progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.• Programme Management: Develop and deliver individualized learning plans that meet the needs of each learner, ensuring timely completion of the programme.• Compliance: Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with relevant industry standards and funding body requirements.• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring they are engaged and supportive of their apprentices' progress.• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Business Administration and vocational training.• Quality Assurance: Participate in internal and external quality assurance processes to uphold the standards of the training programmes.• Gateway and End Point Assessment: Support learners through to the gateway stage and prepare them for the end point assessment, ensuring they are fully equipped to successfully complete their apprenticeship.Requirements of the Trainer/Skills Coach• Must hold a recognized Assessor's Award• Supported with a Teacher Award• Ideally possess Business Management at Level 4• Previous experience teaching and assessing in Business Administration standards up to Level 4• Vocational competence within a Business Administration role• Own transport and flexibility to travel is required (expenses fully covered)For more information please contact Pertemps Newcastle- Simon Atkins
