KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Coaching Assessor / TrainerLocation: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travelSalary: up to £35,000Type: Full Time, Contract Essential Criteria: - Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must hold own Level 5 Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within Coaching Professional.
- Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Flexibility with travel when needed.
Duties: - Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning).
- Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
