Unique opportunity for an L&D expert to join this creative agency on a permament basis (full-time or 4 days ).
This is a newly created role within a collaborative and non-hierarchical People team, reporting directly to the CPO.
They have built a positive working culture, with a strong focus on DEI, culture and engagement. This is a pivotal time for the business, they are looking to drive forward some exciting changes to the business, with the People team playing an important part in this.
They are looking for someone who is passionate about creating learning solutions for all people across all diverse backgrounds to ensure inclusivity in learning practices, there is not a one size fits all approach there. This role straddles both technical and human skills - you will leverage expertise across the organisation to deliver specialist sector training, through to leadership development through to apprentice programmes.
Could be a brilliant opportunity for a creative-minded learning specialist looking for autonomy in a role.
Ideal candidates will have a highly consultative approach, and must have a creative agency background, you'll be able to get under the skin of the business and their unique culture in order to develop and deliver a truly bespoke learning strategy.
