A leading global financial services firm is currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join its team. Reporting into the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be assigned your own portfolio of clients, and your duties will include:
- Liaising with client and internal departments to collect payment of outstanding debt
- Working with UK and International clients/debts
- Reviewing and resolving customer queries effectively
- Working with internal stakeholders to instigate action plans to resolve queries
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrating excellent problem solving skills, and a solution orientated approach
- Working towards monthly, quarterly and annual collection targets
- Dealing with high volumes of outbound communication to clients
- Keeping detailed records of the collections process, with actions to follow up
- Reconciliation of client statements and accounts
Experienced required:
- 2 years' B2B credit control experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, self motivator, and team player
- Ability to interact with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organisation
- Experience of SAP or Oracle preferred
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to work towards monthly, quarterly and annual collection targets
