Proactively chase overdue payments via phone and email to reduce debtor days.

Monitor and manage the debtor ledger, ensuring accurate account reconciliations.

Allocate incoming payments and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Prepare aged debt reports and provide regular updates to the Finance Manager.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and maintain strong client relationships.

Support month-end reporting and audit requirements as needed.

Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence using accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Netsuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
