Our client, a well-respected Lloyd’s broker based near Fenchurch Street has a permanent job opportunity available for an IBA Credit Controller to join their expanding team of four. The main purpose of this role is to meet collection targets to maximise the cash flow to the business.
As an IBA Credit Controller your core duties will include:
- Sending statements
- Contacting clients via telephone and email to chase aged debt
- Allocating cash receipts against premiums and claims
- Processing payments to clients and underwriters
- Preparing monthly aged debt report for the IBA Manager
- Assisting with Month end duties
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Liaising with claims, technical and broking departments
- Adhering to FCA rules, and company policies and procedures
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have extensive experience working in a similar role within the insurance/Lloyd’s market and be able to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
