Our client is a leading residential block management company who have just added an amazing 1000 unit development to their portfolio. They are looking for an experienced credit controller to join their team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home.

Duties include

  • Collections of various age debts
  • Laising with clients, colleagues and Directors
  • Working to targets and deadlines to maxamise collections.
  • Issue accurate documentation to tenants to collect funds including issuing of legal notices
  • Provide reporting where required
  • Deal with complaints
  • Initiate agreed legal action and liaise with solicitors until a resolution is reached.
The successful candidate must have the following

  • Experience working in the Property Management industry
  • Use of Qube software
  • Ability to negotiate, problem solve and reach resolution
  • Working in a team
  • Strong time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to also work alone
