Merchant Services Specialist - German SpeakerLocation: London, United KingdomContract: 3 months (June - August)Salary: £12-16 per hour (negotiable)Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM German time)About the Role:On behalf of our client, we are urgently seeking four highly motivated and fluent German-speaking Hotline Merchant Service Specialists to support a prestigious project. This short-term role is based in the London office of a leading global fintech company and requires an immediate start by June 5th.Key Responsibilities:* Provide exceptional support to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, and live chat.* Manage merchant accounts, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.* Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address and resolve merchant issues.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Qualifications:* Fluent in German and English.* Strong problem resolution skills and ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge from training materials.* Experience in B2B client service is highly preferred.* Ability to logically determine key stakeholders in merchant issues and effectively follow up.* Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus.* Excellent customer recovery skills.What We Offer:* Competitive hourly salary.* A dynamic and collaborative work environment.* Opportunity to work with a leading company in the fintech industry on a high-profile project.This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong language skills and a passion for customer service to contribute to a major international event.
