We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team Front Office team as a Guest Relations Manager.

The Guest Relations Manager will be a hands on individual and will be responsible for providing reception services for Guests. You will contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Jointly responsible for H&S aspects of the hotel along with other leaders including accident reporting, Incident management and fire panel.
  • Act as a guest relations in exceeding guests expectation including service recovery.
  • Conducting DM workshops and act as a main driver in training reception team members aligning them with hotel objectives.
  • Use of leadership skills to maintain an effective work environment and ensure team provide quality service to all guests.
  • Welcome the guests, whether on the phone or in the hotel, and ensure that the check-in and checkout procedure is handled very well.
  • Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from guests as quickly as possible.
  • Deal with customer complaints in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring that the guest is left satisfied.
  • Establish good working relationships with the team, guests and visitors.
  • Prepare lists of arrivals, departures, residents, airline crew and VIP's.
  • Take part in the technical training of trainees and new talents within the department.

Work Experience

路 At least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.

路 Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

路 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

路 A strong team player.

路 Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
