- Support digital marketing initiatives as a CRM specialist, ensuring Salesforce enables segmented and targeted mailing lists through the utilisation of Salesforce Campaigns.
- Advocate for the use of CRM as a relationship tracking solution, fostering a culture of active CRM utilisation
- Proactively engage in system development, understanding user requirements, developing and prioritising user stories, and closely collaborating with technical staff and external partners
- Maintain data quality on Salesforce, ensuring GDPR compliance, and overseeing duplicate management procedures
- Support various teams across the organisation in Salesforce usage, including creating guidance documents, addressing queries, and providing training
- Proficient in CRM system administration, with expertise in Salesforce administration at the level expected of a Salesforce certified administrator or equivalent CRM platform
- Experience managing data to support organizational communications and marketing activities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver clear presentations to colleagues
- Experience conducting training sessions and writing concise guidance materials
- Skill in translating user stories into technical solutions
- Working knowledge of GDPR principles as they pertain to the storage, retention, and use of personal data
