Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve complaints related to property insurance claims.
- Investigate and analyse the root causes of complaints to provide effective solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of complaints and resolutions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
