Are you an experienced in handling insurance claims and customer complaints? We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Associate to join a leading insurer, which operates within residential and commercial property sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve complaints related to property insurance claims.
  • Investigate and analyse the root causes of complaints to provide effective solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of complaints and resolutions in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
  • Identify trends in complaints and suggest improvements to policies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in handling insurance claims and customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of Residential/commercial property insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
