If you are at the start of your career and enjoy customer service type roles then this position for a Customer Service Assistant will suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all - round administrative and customer service support in the Sales Department

- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with routine client enquiries

- Providing information and guidance to clients on products and services provided

- Raising sales enquiries and order details on the computer system and forwarding to Sales Team

- Managing goods returned from clients and inputting details on stock system

- Co-ordinating sales meetings and arranging travel requirements for Sales Team
