Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting in the Sales Department with a wide range of administrative tasks

- Keeping up to date records of customer details ie: contact names and telephone numbers

- Managing incoming customer sales orders and inputting on computer system

- Ensuring that orders are processed and despatched promptly to customers

- Liaising with Sales Account Managers and preparing customer quotations

- Placing purchase orders with suppliers and confirming prices and stock availability
