CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: London SW6
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 p.a.
Mondays work from home 09:00 - 5:30
Tuesday - Thursday we work from our offices 9:00 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch
Half day on Fridays (1:00 - 5:30) and a half day on a weekend (work from home)
Our client is a highly successful, well-established organisation within over 10 year’s expertise within the luxury competition market, with a £10m revenue turnover. They are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team.
Duties include: -
- Answering incoming calls and emails.
- Responding customer queries within 24-48 hours.
- Recording customer complaints, ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Voiding tickets where necessary.
- Dealing with customer refunds and manual payments.
- Updating customer details on the company’s database.
- Assisting customers on how to play.
- Resetting customer passwords.
- Uploading game credit.
- Login to the online chat.
Experience required:
- Online customer services experience
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Able to work on own initiative.
