Database Administrator/Report Generator X 2£33,000VictoriaI am looking for a database administrator that has proven experience of producing reports from a dbase/CRM system.You will have a limited amount of client services taking information for reports, but the main focus will be your database experience and the maintenance thereof. You will need excel experience that will enable the successful candidate to produce internally statistical reports.DUTIES: 
  • To complete the successful collection and load of data sets for the current SDI products and services
  • and implement collection and load processes for data sets for new products and services
  • To follow the data quality processes, to continuously improve data collection
  • To provide first point of contact for data collection and data quality for stakeholders
  •  To develop expertise in data collection and onboarding to database systems and implement more efficient operations
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED BY JOB HOLDER:
  • High level of concentration and accuracy
  • Display initiative and problem solving skills and ability to articulate ideas to enable continuous  improvements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and ideally MS-Access or familiarity with other database packages.
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships with customers
  • Strong communication skills, especially telephone and email
  • Excellent written and spoken English language required
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills over time in order to contribute towards team development and where necessary, a willingness to learn about new technologies
