- To complete the successful collection and load of data sets for the current SDI products and services
- and implement collection and load processes for data sets for new products and services
- To follow the data quality processes, to continuously improve data collection
- To provide first point of contact for data collection and data quality for stakeholders
- To develop expertise in data collection and onboarding to database systems and implement more efficient operations
- High level of concentration and accuracy
- Display initiative and problem solving skills and ability to articulate ideas to enable continuous improvements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and ideally MS-Access or familiarity with other database packages.
- Proven ability to develop good working relationships with customers
- Strong communication skills, especially telephone and email
- Excellent written and spoken English language required
- Willing to learn and develop new skills over time in order to contribute towards team development and where necessary, a willingness to learn about new technologies
