Role: Principal SQL Server DBA
Salary: Up to £110k (+bens/equity)
Location: Hybrid (2/3 days on-site)

What you will be working with;-
- Sole DBA (contractor currently on-site) supporting multiple datasets underpinned by SQL Server
- Live/High transactional experience is essential
- Full cloud-native solution currently hosted on AWS - increasing focus/reliance on RDS/Redshift which is a mandatory requirement
- A new initiative moving some datasets across to MySQL/Aurora DB is in its infancy - you will be involved in the design and architecture.
- Performance Tuning/Indexing/Queries/Optimisation etc
Due to the fast moving nature of this business, the above tech landscape is likely to change offering the successful candidate the opportunity to stamp their identity over an already great product portfolio. Equally, the organisation is a huge advocate for change - think AI/ML for example.
