HYBRID - LONDON

This new position is great for someone who is excited by companies with a great start-up culture and the opportunity to have a clear business impact. You would be going in to take ownership of this FinTech's platform and take it forward in your own way.

THE COMPANY

This group has been around for a number of years and is now entering scale-up phase as they utilise their newly approved banking license, as part of their wider service offering. They have had a successful start to their journey and are now looking to take a modern approach to how they use data.

THE ROLE

You would play a core role in using this data to map out their continued growth. Entering this role you will interact with the C-suite and decipher how best to grow their capabilities. You will get direct influence over how they integrate their new and modern tech stack, and you will then be hands-on in delivering this.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in infrastructure implementation
  • A broad tech stack will be helpful
  • Experience working within start-up and smaller environments
  • Engagement with stakeholders on how to tackle complex issues
