Our client is looking for a CRM Executive with a creative mindset and strong analytical skills to join the EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationship strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Description

  • Plan and execute CRM strategies across the company to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies to deliver more targeted and personalised messaging.
  • Work closely with the Digital team to ensure CRM strategies align with the overall digital marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM platform.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and adjust email and messaging campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry policies and regulations.

Profile

A successful CRM Executive should have:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behaviour data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
