Salary: £173 per day + holiday pay inside IR35
Location: London/Bristol/Manchester

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to shape global digital marketing strategies and drive business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class online presence, driving distribution support and enablement, as well as monitoring and reporting to continuously improve user journeys and experiences.

What you'll do:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global digital marketing strategy. You will engage with marketers and business units to align regional digital marketing objectives with the overarching global strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving 'outside-in' taxonomy within a global framework, managing site health, partnering with technology teams on Martech implementation, and mining analytics to enhance user engagement. Your ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role.

• Shape the overall digital CoE global strategy, aligning region/country digital marketing objectives with global strategy and Martech.
• Plan strategic change initiatives and drive related digital adoption training and best practices.
• Drive 'outside-in' taxonomy, IA (within global framework), tagging and content performance with a focus on experience fragments, localisation, and personalisation.
• Manage overall 'site health' including SEO, tags, cookie consent, accessibility, etc.
• Partner with Technology teams on Martech implementation and adoption.
• Mine analytics and data sources to enhance user engagement, journeys and conversion.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Specialist role brings strong experience in strategising and executing a successful digital marketing presence. You possess deep knowledge of IA/taxonomy, tagging, SEO/SEM, lead nurture, UX/UI, conversion rate optimisation. Your strong analytics skills allow you to track performance effectively and make data-driven decisions. You are familiar with platforms such as AEM, Adobe Target, GA/Adobe Analytics, Workfront, SEMrush or other equivalent enterprise digital platforms. Your excellent ability to partner with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment will be key to your success.

• Exellent experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target.
• Proven experience in strategising, designing, and executing a successful digital marketing presence.
• Strong knowledge of IA/taxonomy, tagging, SEO/SEM, lead nurture, UX/UI, conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is an asset.
• Strong analytics skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of platforms such as AEM, Adobe Target, GA/Adobe Analytics, Workfront, SEMrush or other equivalent enterprise digital platforms.
• Excellent ability to partner with multiple-stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
