To help us do this, we are delivering a digital transformation programme designed to support an ambitious forward strategy. Our digital strategy will deliver a cloud and application-based future with security and accessibility at the heart of it. This role will help to ensure our colleagues can work in an agile way with the appropriate applications and information and easily and securely access them.

The remit of this role is broad, covering all elements of our digital offering, including our applications, and our infrastructure, through to traditional desktop support. Experience of working in a structured support environment, being able to follow guidance and instructions and ensuring best practice is adhered to is imperative.

Any experience in the health and social care industry would be of benefit.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Implement, monitor, operate and support digital workplace technologies (endpoint hardware, software, services, and SaaS tools).
- Support the establishment of computing configuration and operating standards in co-ordination with IT colleagues.
- Act as a point of escalation for system queries from colleagues and users and become a subject matter expert on a range of systems.
- To follow, manage, maintain, and update system documentation and security protocols.
- Be an integral part of the IT support desk to deliver excellent levels of service.
