Role overview:

The Financial Crime Compliance Analyst will support the implementation of the company's compliance program, with an emphasis on financial crime. This role involves monitoring, assessing, and mitigating risks related to money laundering, fraud, and sanctions. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

The role:

  • Assist the Compliance Manager with sanctions and financial crime enquiries.
  • Stay current with FCA, PRA, Lloyd's, and other regulatory developments.
  • Conduct horizon scanning for regulatory updates and contribute to Management Information and Regulatory Updates for the Board.
  • Support the Compliance Manager with thematic reviews and assurance activities.
  • Help develop and maintain a strong compliance culture throughout the Group.
