What You Will Do:
As an AVP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Section Manager by supervising daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring adherence to daily key controls and operational deadlines.
- Acting as a point of escalation for operational issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Facilitating team training and development through study sessions and one-on-one reviews.
- Representing the OS Control Group as a subject matter expert on various projects.
- Proactively reviewing and enhancing desktop procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Producing and disseminating insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly management information reports.
Your Background:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Education: A Level (Minimum)
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Keen risk awareness.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system development.
- Proficiency in Nostro and Sub Ledger Reconciliations.
