An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Building Services Design Manager working on large scale projects in London . You will be joining a leading and successful high profile client with a major southern presence and are proud of their innovative project wins and highly driven team. It is imperative that you have worked within building services.

This role will be more coordinating the design process and you will not be managing a team. You can be positioned in London or Newbury

Mechanical Building Services Design Manager responsibilities:

• Advise on technical questions for tender proposals also take a lead on Bids as and when required
• Value engineering
• Resolving technical queries
• Attending meetings / interviews / presentations
• Monitoring/ reporting on design
• Coordinating mechanical design
