As an Early Years Practitioner with us, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of our little learners. From facilitating engaging activities to nurturing individual talents, you'll be instrumental in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative and educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere where children feel empowered to explore and learn.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives personalized care and attention.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized learning environment conducive to growth and exploration.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within an early year setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing disposition.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
