The Role

Do you have a deep understanding of the importance of early years development? Are you skilled in fostering a nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and grow confidently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are a preschool for two-to-four-year-olds that combines exceptional early years education with full-time care on site, looking to appoint an empathetic and conscientious Early Years Teacher to our growing team from September 2024.

You will work alongside our Deputy Headteacher, co-leading a preschool class ensuring high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent care and education for your assigned group of children.
  • Ensuring the welfare of children with robust safeguarding and health and safety practices.
  • Implement engaging and educational activities that promote child development.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Regularly assess the developmental progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and staff.
