Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to provide childcare. As an Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and development of the children in your care.

  • Level 2 or 3 qualified

Responsibilities:- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians- Collaborate with parents/guardians to support the child's individual needs and development- Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Experience:- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education is preferred- Strong drive and passion for working with young children- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom setting- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices- Familiarity with nursery rhymes, songs, and age-appropriate educational materials
