Are you an enthusiastic and experienced nursery teacher looking for a new role? Our client school in Islington is seeking a dedicated full-time teacher to join their 2-3-year-old provision class. The class ratio is an ideal 1:5, ensuring focused and personalised attention for each child.

Teaching Duties:

  • Design and implement a stimulating and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all students in the 2-3-year-old class.
  • Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that encourages young learners to explore and grow.
  • Regularly assess student's progress, providing detailed feedback to parents and carers, and keeping accurate records.
  • Offer personalised support to each child, catering to their unique developmental needs and fostering a love for learning.
  • Work closely with other staff members to plan and deliver cohesive educational experiences, participating in staff meetings and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.

Requirements:

  • QTS certificate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in early years education is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
