Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant - Independent School

Start Date: SEPT 24

Location: Kensington and Chelsea - West London based Independent prep school

Responsibilities:

- Create interactive and engaging activities to support the EYFS- Assess children's progress and keep records on each children- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and strategies- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the children's performance and progress- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills - noodle now training

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies- Level 3 CACHE or equivalent - Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards -EYFS- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
