Are you passionate about early childhood education and seeking a part-time role as a Nursery Teaching Assistant? Reeson Education is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Teaching Assistant position at a private school in Putney. This role offers the opportunity to work with nursery age children and contribute to their learning and development in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the nursery class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged between 3 to 4 years old.
- Assist with the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring that learning experiences are stimulating and play-based.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through positive interactions and activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that meets the individual needs of each child.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with nursery age children, either in a nursery setting or early years education environment.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- An understanding of the EYFS framework and principles of child-centered learning.
