Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Care Coordinator / Deputy Manager!

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced care coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role would report to the Head of client experience and would suit someone who is in a senior client facing role, has scheduling experience and wants to become a care manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your clients care requirements by liaising with their GP’s District Nurses, OT’s Discharge, pharmacist, family members etc, as well as your team of caregivers and supervisors.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead coordinator or registered manager for efficient recruitment management.
  • Implement changes to customer care and support plans.
  • Ensure adequate coverage to provide excellent care and support to customers.
  • Utilise advanced IT systems to allocate care assistants, ensuring optimal matches with clients.
  • Production and distribution of rotas.
  • Maintain meticulous electronic and handwritten records.

Advantageous Qualities:

  • Qualification in NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle is desirable.
