My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join their team, focusing on s commercial office based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.

  • Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available) or Shift work available
  • Static - High end commercial office
  • £42,000 - £43,000

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast)
  • Power distribution
  • PPM's
  • Generators
  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning
  • Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit
  • Chillers
  • BMS System
  • UPS Systems
  • Plant rooms

Requirements:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th/18th edition
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
