My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join their team, focusing on a commercial office space based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.
- Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)

Responsibilities:
- Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast)
- Power distribution
- PPM's
- Generators
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit
- Chillers
- BMS System
- UPS Systems
- Plant rooms
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
- 17th/18th edition
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
