- Supporting both client and employer through induction and training, ensuring that reasonable adjustments are made aware and implemented.
- Delivering 121 advice and guidance sessions to clients to develop their skillset and gain confidence.
- Delivering training to clients, employers, and family members to ensure successful work placements.
